At Silver Willows Estates, acreage living is just 16 minutes north of Saskatoon on hwy 12. With lake country a short trip up the road, the city minutes away, but the country is right in your backyard.
2-2.5 acre lots available for custom builds; or purchase to self build or work with a builder of your choice following community architectural guidelines.

Sometimes custom can feel daunting or maybe you need to fast track the path to your next home, a spec could just suit perfectly. Well thought out plans, that might just fit perfectly for you.
